Watch the 1996 Donegal International Rally from 7pm, Thursday June 24th

​This week’s Motorsport Ireland – RIAC classic video from the RPM Motorsport collection is highlights from the 1996 Donegal International Rally.
On its silver anniversary, the Donegal International Rally served up an absolute classic with Bertie Fisher, James Cullen and Andrew Nesbitt thrilling the crowds over three days in a three way fight for the lead. As Fisher hit tyre difficulties, Cullen hit the front but Nesbitt gradually reeled him in before pulling clear to take his first international win. This programme also includes a feature with some of the founding members of the club and those involved in the first Donegal Rally, recalling their memories of the event in its 25th year.
This programme will be available to stream below from 7pm on June 24th.
